To play our real money poker, you will need to deposit real money into your account through our Cashier. To access the Cashier you will need to log into your Pig Poker account and then click on “Cashier”. At the Cashier, you can deposit or cash out real money into or from your account.

Deposit Schedule

You can deposit funds into your account at any moment. The method you pick will determine how the deposit is handled. Neteller deposits, for example, go directly and automatically into your account, so they can be processed at any moment of the day. However, checks, money transfers and Moneybookers transactions are processed from 9 am to 12 am EST. See below for more details.

Payout Schedule

Payout requests are taken from 9 am to 6 pm EST, seven days a week. All online payout withdrawals are guaranteed to be ready by 7 pm EST that same day, as long as they are requested by 6 pm EST. Money transfer withdrawals may not be available for pick up until the next day. See below for more details.

How to request your payout

Requesting your payout is a hassle free process that won't take more than a few minutes. You may call us at 1-800-556-2928 to request your withdrawal or you may log onto your poker client and fill out the online form. Please note that if you have not met your rollover, or if your payout is subject to fees, we will not process it until we are able to contact you and explain the situation to you.

Payout Policies

If your account has received a promotional credit or bonus, please be aware that it is each player's responsibility to review and understand all promotional rules listed in our promotion page before making your withdrawal request.

If your entire deposit amount(s) is not placed in wagers at least once, any transfer charges associated with the deposit amount(s) will be deducted from the account prior to the withdrawal [minimum five percent (5%) of the amount]. Other restrictions may apply.

Ukash

Ukash is the new way to spend money on the Internet - without using a credit or debit card. You can buy Ukash at 12,500 PayPoint outlets all over the UK. PayPoint outlets can usually be found in local convenience stores.

To exchange your cash for Ukash, simply pay the shopkeeper for Ukash to your desired value – Ukash is currently available with values from £15 to £100. The shopkeeper will then access the Ukash screen on his PayPoint terminal and issue your Ukash. The Ukash voucher has a unique 19-digit number on it as well as the amount you paid. Keep this voucher safe as it has the same value as the cash you paid.

Your Ukash voucher number is valid for six months from the day of purchase.

Money transfers are a quick and convenient way to fund your betting account. Please call us at 1-800-556-2928 to receive details on how to send us a money transfer.  We will cover all money transfer fees on deposits of $200 or more. On some select money transfers, we will cover the fees on deposits of $100 or more. Deposits under $60 will be subject to our processor fees.

Payouts

Money transfer payout requests are taken seven days a week, from 9 am to 6 pm EST. Money transfer payout policies may occasionally change due to our processor’s internal policies. Cashier Checks

Deposits

Please call us at 1-800-556-2928 to receive the address where you can send us a cashier’s check. The funds will be credited to your account once the check arrives, but no withdrawals will be processed until the check clears.

Payouts

Check payouts are processed from 9 am to 6 pm EST, Monday to Friday, and are sent out by FedEx or DHL. We offer one free check payout per calendar month. Additional check payouts are subject to a flat fee of $50.00 USD each and may take up to 3 business days to arrive.
